I have had psoriasis all my life. It really just started getting bad (more than a couple of points in different parts of my body) in recent years. Nothing just got worse and I had a couple of big spots on my right arm. Finally went to the doctor and gave me a cream that wiped rápidamente.Invierno usually causes skin problems worse due to dry weather and cold. This winter has been especially bad. I have a few (at least 5) points in different parts of my body and my face has many small spots. I was using all natural products in the body, and then I went to use Eucerin lotion, because I heard it’s very good for psoriasis. I’ve also started using a humidifier in my room (where I spend most of my time at home). I also stopped using body sprays in my skin (only on clothing) because of alcohol and can dry and irritate the skin. I stopped using soap in any place other than the “core” areas, because I know that soap is terribly dry. I use all natural soap, although I know that natural does not necessarily mean it is less irritating. Sometimes I use my creams the doctor prescribed, but it is very annoying to sit there half naked all night waiting to penetrate into the skin. What am I doing wrong? Are there better products out there for psoriasis or I have to fight this one out? Also, I take all the vitamins you need daily, and more. I can take fish oil and flaxseed oil (linseed oil is especially good for the skin). I doubt anyone will be able to answer this, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Best answer :

sounds like you’re doing everything we can to minimize it. But it is also essential to try to keep stress levels low. I know it’s tough. But try not to worry and think about it. And continue to see a dermatologist. I hope good luck keep it under control.
