Geuss what i found out ?
The Ftc has no right to fine us but they can penalize us. We still have to follow these rules, and i also heard that the disclainmer only follows if your endorcing a product you didnt pay for, or your being pay to do.

I like the tips specially the part where you mentioned about cleansing face before wearing any makeup.I think it is very iimportant.
