		<description>:S its not good to use nuts or seeds ground up as an exfoliator other than on the feet and hands because as you can imagine they are sharp when ground up- the synthetic or round ground types of exfoliators are better! They wont tear the pores or cause too much redness- redness is VERY bad during exfoliation!</description>
